NOT A REAL FLORIST!

This is only a call center, NOT a real florist in the area you've searched! They're just charging you a fee to call your order into a local shop and have it filled for you, something you could for yourself for FREE by using the internet. Services like this and 1-800-FLOWERS, JUST FLOWERS, etc., are helping to put the "little man" local flower shops out of business. So please do your part to help and always order your flowers from a local florist that's a member of their local Chamber of Commerce. I can guarantee you that this place is NOT!

THIS IS A CALL CENTER THAT IS LOCATED GOD KNOWS WHERE. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AN ARM AND A LEG FOR YOUR ORDER. THEN THEY WILL SEND THE ORDER TO A REAL LOCAL FLORIST HOWEVER THE REAL FLORIST WILL ONLY GET LESS THAN HALF OF THE MONEY YOU WERE CHARGED AND YOU FLOWERS WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTING. ALL THEY ARE TRYING TO DO IS GET RID OF THE TRUE LOCAL FLORIST. THIS FLORIST DOES NOT SERVE THE INDEPENDENCE, VA AREA AT ALL. DO NOT USE THIS ONE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OF!!!!

Disappointed flowers

We ordered on line, so obviously was not able to talk with a representative. We wanted some unusual flowers for a couple who has everything celebrating forty years of marriage and a birthday. Hawaiian orchid necklaces sounded perfect. However, they did not arrive on time and were slightly brown. This was not the hoped for result! That this would happen was not presented, and we ordered with their stipulations. Very sad.

This florist is not local and should not be in the Yellow Pages. This company shows up in every city! Must be plastic flowers!!!!! Let the local florists serve their areas and allow this economy to grow.

Shame on yellowpages for allowing deception

Shame on this business and yellowpages.com for allowing deception to make the customer believe under "maps and directions" that this is a local business. Ask them for a real local address and you will see what I mean. Call a real local florist and skip the fees this middleman charges.
